Steps is a social enterprise based in Bangkok and Phuket. We offer vocational training to young people, including some who are Neurodivergent – such as autism. By working with businesses to increase their skills base, we help them get access to long-term employment and a brighter future. Our Business Services Centre was developed in collaboration with RMA Group Thailand. RMA’s HR department outsourced the digitization of documents to Steps trainees and graduates.

Research Centre

What is the NWRC?

The Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre, or the NWRC, Southeast Asia’s first research centre dedicated to connecting workers with disabilities to meaningful employment, thus fostering a sustainable business community. The NWRC is a collaborative partnership between Steps and Chulalongkorn University’s Sasin School of Management.

What is neuroinclusion? 15-20 percent of the global
population is considered to be neurodivergent.
Neurodivergent people include those with autism, ADHD,
dyslexia, dyscalculia and other ways of thinking which
differ from what is considered typical.
