Our Approach to Building an Inclusive Ecosystem
At Steps, our mission is straightforward yet empowering. We aim to promote neuroinclusion, starting from Thailand and extending towards a globally inclusive world. Our Theory of Change is built on two key strategies: firstly, empowering neurodivergent individuals through skill development to enhance independence and employability; secondly, fostering workplace diversity to create meaningful opportunities.
